Right heated grip - not working on low

The right (throttle side) heated grip is not working on low. The grip does work on high.

The left (clutch) side heated grip works correctly on both high and low.

I haven't pulled up the dash to see if a wire is disconnected, but I recall there are only 3 wires, so I would think if a wire at the switch was disconnected, I won't have power either at entire grip, or - both grips wouldn't work on either high setting or low setting.

But, admittedly - I don't understand much about electricity.

Any ideas where to start?

Thanks in advance for any help.

John -

It is possible that just one grip is affected on one setting. I don't remember which one has the bulk of the wires (I think it's the left) but you basically plug the wires from one grip in to the other and then they are connected as a group to the switch.

On the Vision, you'll have to take off the radio panel (and the 14 pieces of tupperware to get to it) in order to see all of the connections.

Thanks Joe! When I get a chance I will pull the dash and see what I find.

Any other ideas are welcome.

(and - am glad it's only 1 grip and the low setting. I'd rather keep the grips on high and have to lift my hands every so often to cool them down )
