I'll confirm I'm going. If I can't get the forks rebuilt on the XCT by then I'll have to ride the KP. I'll either take the other couch in Elk or if more people chime in saying they're going we can talk about getting the deer cabin

Screw it. I'm going to go. Work can wait.

Book me into Deer - if only 4 of us commit (4 bedrooms) that's only $100 each so that's not bad for a night.

Wolf sleeps 2 to 4 with 2 double beds. Tom and Katie, Renee and Richard so it's full. The only two other people I know looking for a place to crash is John Johnson and Rick J.

Update on Cabins:

Wolf has been booked: Renee, Richard, Tom and Katie
Deb and I have moved our single cabins over to the Deer Cabin due to increase of riders: Roy, Shelly, Deb, Joe, Rick J., John J. and Shannon.

This gives us a total of 24 people attending. I figure the most bikes will be around 16. However, as in the past, there is usually one maybe two cars.

Please refer to Mat's original post regarding the ride and lunch. Mat and/or I will contact the lunch spot and let them know approximately what time we will arrive. In the past, it has been a good idea to look at the menu on line before going. Last year we did a stagger gas/lunch stop. Half went and got gas the other half went to lunch and it helped with the crunch of people ordering.

There is a restaurant and bar at the lodge. Sometimes food service is slow with this large of group but they do have pizza if people want to share. I will talk to Forrest (the owner) and see if he has any ideas on how he may want to handle it this year.
