Sporting Clays

A year or two ago we did a Sporting Clay shoot. I was thinking on doing it again in the past I did it the weekend before the fishing opener. If any interest I will set it up. Please Post up.

Their are two places I have shoot at before one is the Caribou Gun Club in Le Sueur and the other is the Horse and hunt club that is in Prior Lake. The Caribou tends to less expensive but it is a drive. The horse and hunt is near more walking and more people. I have enjoyed both. If you guys want one or the other let me know.

Forest Lake Sportsmen's club also has sporting clays. I'm not sure what the cost is but can find out if people want to do it on the north side of town

For a group, we might be able to get some sort of deal at Horse and Hunt that includes food afterward. Just a thought. I sometimes see these Groupons that include sporting clays and food for a pretty low price, but I've never used one even though I have shot and eaten there before.

I don't care which venue. I did google Horse and Hunt groupon and found this for 2-people for $35:

The horse and Hunt does not take reservations. I called to see if they have any major events and they do not on May 5th. We can meet their divide into groups and go shooting. I like to shoot 100 so 2 rounds of 50. It will not really matter how many show so ask your friends. Mark your calender's.

Day of the shoot is May 5th
Start at 11:58

P.S. Lets not shoot anyone. Be safe.
