This is probably a better version for that information:

http://pure-gas.org/index.jsp?stateprov=MN

It's updated by users so likely more accurate.

I have noticed that many of the Kwik Trips I have been to recently have sugar free premium. I look at this as a VERY GOOD thing!

The Kwik Trip by H12 has real gas now. I often stop by for a pint or two.

Some of the Quick Trips in southern MN and Western WI don't even have Premium...I hope they upgrade too.

Cenex's also don't carry it Premium regularly... (see what I did right there-HA!)

Kwik Trip is rated as a top tier gas. SA and Holiday are at the bottom of the tier
I have used pure glass app several times and it works good and you can delete stations that don't qualify for having real gas

Wow, they need to sync data between the stations page, the map page, and the app. So many inconsistencies. I wouldn't trust this website.

For example, look at the stations page and you will see 3 Woodbury gas stations. One of them being the 9955 Hudson Blvd N which is a brand new Kwik Trip. On the map page you will see a marker on at the corner of Hudson Rd and Woodbury Dr on the other side of the highway at the SA but label's as Kwik trip. The app's map is using the same map data.

You guys say all Kwik Trips are updating. So that means the one across the street from the SA next to Walmart should be updated soon also. I like that spot, two Kwik Trips within sight of each other. Starting to become the Starbucks or gas stations. However, not having the data on the stations page and on the map and wrong location of the marker would confuse someone as to which station to go to.

One thing I have noticed at the Kwik Trips is some have the shared hose for multi blends so even if you want the ethanol free your first gallon or so maybe basic unleaded gas. This is even at a newer gas station so not sure why they don't have separate hoses for each blend....so just a heads up.

Their is 1/3 of a gallon in the hose.

1/3rd of a gallon, if that.

Many years ago, I ran out of gas in the middle of the night out in the country. I pushed the bike up to a gas station that was closed and didn't have Pay-At-The-Pump. I put the gas that was in each hose into my tank. I think there were 8 hoses. I was able to make it another ~5 miles before I ran out of gas again. Based on about 40mpg, that meant I got about a pint out of 8 hoses.

Personally, I'm not worried about Ethanol in the gasoline. I think that it's only a problem if you let it sit for a couple of months. With Laurie and I really having only 1 bike each, and those bikes get ridden frequently, a tank of fuel rarely lasts a week. Many times we go through multiple tanks per day.

Now, if you have a few bikes, like some on the TCVR do, it would be much more of an issue.

I've got over 160,000 miles on just my Victory bikes, plus Laurie has about 30,000 on her Kingpin. Most of those miles were ridden with a 10% ethanol blend fuel. Never had a fuel problem. Although when we prepare for Winter storage, when a tank of fuel might sit for 3+ months, I will fill with ethanol-free and add a fuel stabilizer like SeaFoam or Stabil.

Just my experience, your mileage may vary.

Now I have ridden with 8 to 12 HD riders for many years. When it comes time for gas they stop where its convenient. Not one has ever had a problem with ethanol gas. Now I don't understand do Vic's have cheap fuel pumps that ethanol will eat the rubbers up in it or is there a problem with the throttle bodys.
I understand it takes more ethanol gas to go a mile then real gas. Ethanol is not evement friendly

My handy, dandy electronic version of my owner's manual says:

Fuel Recommendation
For best performance, use only unleaded gasoline with a 91 pump octane minimum (R+M/2 Method).

DO NOT USE E-85 GASOLINE OR GASOLINE CONTAINING METHANOL. Using E85 or gasoline / methanol blends can result in poor starting and driveability, and may damage critical fuel system components.

Gasoline containing up to 10% Ethanol can be used.
Gasoline containing up to 15% Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) can be used.

This means that E10 is ok according to Polaris. That's what in most pumps unless they specifically say E15 or greater.

I tend to put 91 or better octane in my Vision since it pings under load with anything less. The stations up here (in MN versus OH where I'm from) tend to be ethanol free at that octane but I haven't seen any better mileage even though I should.
