If it has two wheels it is fun. 3 wheels on the other hand... as long as it isn't a 70s Honda 3 wheeler.

Whoa! 70's maybe but I can guaranty you'd have had an absolute blast on the '85 ATC250R's we had. Guaranteed to leave a wet spot and killed more than it's share of inattentive riders. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FRySwvJDcs

I am wondering if the drivers seat is enclosed on a 3 wheeler and it is classified as a motorcycle. Would the seat belt laws apply? Also would you have to wear a helmet if all you had was a permit or in a helmet state?
