Thinking about heading north on sat.

Leave from northway about 8:30 head to Moose Lake on 61 ,take 73 to Floodwood, hwy 200 to hwy 84.Stop in Longville for lunch.Back on 84 to cty 1 east to hwy 6 to Bay Lake.Cross country to 169 to18,north shore of Mille Lacs to hwy 47 and home. It"s about 380 miles with about 3 or 4 stops.Looks like it could be a nice day for a little ride. Not many good days left

Hello, new to the board here,a motorcyle enthusiast and new owner of a 08 Kingpin tour. Was looking to ride this weekend and thought I'd join you on the Moose lake, Floodwood portion of the ride.?

Nothing totally concrete (work may get in the way) but weather permiting where would be a good place to meet.?

This sounds like a great ride!

Do you have an idea of when we would get back to the cities? I really need to be home around 5 or 5:30.

Now, if I can just get rid of this damn head-cold I have picked up it will be perfect!

IF you're going to head up all that way, I highly recommend taking 23 up to 210 at Jay Cook State Park and then head West on 210 from there. Several miles of great twisties there, and newly repaved last year!

If you decide to take 23 to Jay Cooke, I could probably meet you guys in Carlton or at the Black Bear casino parking lot. I'll be coming down from Silver bay so an E.T.A to the casino,if you choose to go that route.
