Staying Warm

On our trip to Copper Harbor last fall the morning we started off was a bit chilly. Lots of clothing, heated and otherwise. I do remember hearing a couple of folks saying their feet were cold however.

I've been using Wiggy's products for many years. American made and some of the warmest and reasonably priced out door gear available.

But what I'd like to bring to your attention primarily are 2 items I use when it's
chilly. Lamilite socks and fishnet long johns, both exclusively available from Wiggy's.

I encourage everyone to peruse their website, there are lots of articles on the insulation and practical application of their products.

The fishnet long johns were originally produced in Norway . The idea behind them is that it produces a warm zone around your skin but allows moisture to escape. I was skeptical at first but after using them it's amazing how warm they keep you with a cotton shirt over them.

The lamilite socks are reasonably priced and are also the warmest sox I have ever used.

Wiggy's has a lot of other outdoor products that would apply to us as motorcycle enthusiasts, I'm just an end user that is more than satisfied.
And Wanted to share with the TCVR community.

Thanks for sharing, Kurt.

How thick are those lamilite socks?

And I know that Shamby wants to know if they come in white...
