Connie in IBR

Does anyone know Connie's number in the Iron Butt Rally? I want to follow her on the event tracker:

https://spotwalla.com/locationViewer.php?id=664

This was posted in the daily report. Glad she made it through and in one piece:

Connie Gabrick gave us all a scare by reporting she hit a deer. She paused for effect, then told us someone else was kind enough to hit the deer before she did. The carcass did provide quite the launching ramp for the 2009, 160,000+ mile, 800+ pound Victory Vision. Connie said she got some air
and apparently took full advantage of the Nimitz class wheelbase (65.7 inches) of the Victory to stick the landing with only a slight bobble before resuming a straight line. Where is the Red Bull GoPro crew when you need them? No doubt sleep for Connie would need to wait, due to the extra dose of adrenaline flowing through her system.

Don't know her number, but found that she was the 21st to check in and get a packet before the ride. Maybe her number has 21 in it?

Also, here are a couple pictures of her from the website.

Connie's spot tracker has to be set to private - it's part of the rules so they can't solicit or receive "help" from others.

If you have her phone number, she has it wired through her helmet intercom and would welcome a call! If she is busy, she just wont answer.

One comment I just read about the official tracker is that positions are shown on a delayed basis to prevent interference, and the numbers are jumbled.

I just read that this morning Dapper and was coming over to post that. Had to be a heck of a scare. Glad it sounded like she had a little sense of humor when she called it in! and how about that Vision! 160k, 2 IBRs (I think thats the right count) and can still get airborne! I think she is going to need to change her screen name from crusierconnie to StuntWomanConnie

A cool piece of animation that shows the flow of rally riders on Leg 1:

And SPOTWALLA guru Jason Jonas has created another great leg one animation video:

https://spotwalla.com/animator.php?i...idt=1&speed=80

This stunning animation really helps you visualize the amazing rides that took place on leg one (and thank you Jason!)

Do you guys have a link to the rally reports? all links from the IBA site, and ironbuttrally.com are dead right now.

Sounds like the website has been stressed by super-heavy traffic.

The Great Connie finished another Iron Butt Rally. She covered a lot of ground. Here is her scorecard:

http://ibr.wvi.com/ibr/2019/FinalRid..._Pages/21.html

And a woman won the event, which is fantastic. First woman winner ever.

James Burriss on a Cross Country Tour was also a finisher.
