Saw some old be-geezled dude with his chin up in the air.....I believe he was riding a blue gold wing. Had that sort of pompous look like he could work for a university or be one of those union electrcians. Don't know who he was but it really caught my eye.

NOT me Jim, I have not had the Wing on the road for 2 weeks now. BUT will take this oppertunity to tell you that since the ride out of Farmington last Saturday I have put on over 500 miles on the Vic and have not taken any long rides. Just the 85 mile ride, to and from work, to Bayport and errands. Damm near got your year of riding beat in one week and would have if I did not have company and can't go on the ride with the guys and gals today.

Saw a New Jackpot going down Hwy 65 up in Blaine yesterday around 5:00. He still had the temp tags on the back.

Saw a black Kingpin yesterday in Horse Creek, WI. Visited briefly with him and told him about this website. I suggested that he might want to join the group so we might see a new member soon. BTW, there are some great roads in the Somerset-New Richmond-Osceola area; would be nice to travel those roads with a few TCVR riders sometime.

Maybe JonnyR needs to talk to JereP about hosting an open house... er... open Garage! Then Jere's boy can show us a thing-or-two about how to ride. :-)

BTW - last Wed or Thur I saw a couple brand-new, flamed Jackpots in downtown Excelsior. I was pretty excited, so I caught up to them at a stopsign (plenty of those in downtown Excelsior), but they didn't seem to want to talk... or I scared them away. Full leather and full face helmets with dark shield, so I wasn't sure who they were, age or even gender. .. but DAMN! Those bikes sure looked good!

I think I saw this same guy on Monday in the Target parking lot by the national sports center. Saw him from accross the lot but he was inside before I got to the bike.

It was a red one with the X graphics.

Hey Rick -

If those were the Red version, they may have been Victory/Polaris corporate people. I think the crew at Warners setup a handful of them a couple of weeks ago all for corporate.

Joe - I'm not so good with colors, but thought they were red or orange. That would make sense that they were corporate. Didn't have time to notice the plates either before they scooted.

I saw two black Vegas at the joint last night and just as I was getting ready to pull out another black Hammer pulled in. Did not know any of the guys riding them and only saw the one guy on the Hammer.

Saw a red Jackpot today at Subway in Roseau. Talked to him for a while, he was from Canada, had done the North Shore drive, stayed in Hibbing, on to Grand Forks, ND then to Roseau for a plant tour (which is on lay-off now). They were doing the Polaris Experience center before they rolled back to Canada. Lee

Spotted an all black Jackpot at Grand Casino Millacs. Hope it brought him\her good luck. Also, spotting more when cruising downtown St.Cloud.
