I'am planning on buying some new exhaust for my 2001 V92C Deluxe, and I want it loud. Just wondering if you guys could help me out. I know they make several different styles, slash cut, drag , etc.

make the run down to Spirit Lake next Sat. (apr.4) and you should be able to hear for yourself just about any pipe available for your bike:D

Make that May 4th not April. :D

Lee has a good idea about making the trip to Spirit Lake...great chance to see and hear all kinds of different pipes and combinations. If you want extremely loud you can go with Samson, D&D or the Victory drags(with removable baffle). Also Bub makes a beautiful pipe that has removable baffles as well. I think the Bubs are probably the longest pipes with the Samsons coming a close second. The only disadvantage with the Samsons is you buy the heat shields seperately. The Victory slashers have a real good bark to them and seem to give the most power. Avoid the Victory turn-outs if you like to lean into the turns, you'll end up scraping them. More info than you probably wanted, but I'm bored(no work AGAIN today). Hope to meet you May 4th!

Hey! I resemble that remark!:DI have the turnouts on my '01 V92C Deluxe and love them. BUT Steve is right, I have scraped them a time or 2. It likely happens more often if you ride 2 on the bike. It is an option you're welcome to hear if the weather gets nice enough to ride:mad: . Good hunting.
