Hello all,
Does anybody know where I can acquire 3" (diameter) baffles? My custom pipes are done and on, but loud. I am not talking a bit on the loud side, I mean every car alarm was activated when I went by...and I wasn't even rodding on it. I think it is neat (a chrome safety device) but I don't think the PO-lice are going to like it as much as I? The Polaris slashers are 'bout 3", but I can't find where I could get a baffle incase I run into trouble with the authorities...
Thanks for the help!

Oh boy...in my search for baffles I don't think I came across anything that big! I wonder if you just came up with some kind of short cone shaped deal and held it in with a screw. That's probably all it would take to quiet it quite alot. Good luck, and can't wait to see and HEAR those pipes!

I'm seeking some guidance here friends. I would like to get a pair of highway pegs for the '01 V92C Delulxe to mount to the 1-1/4" highway bar. Before the Homecoming ride on May 4th. I've been looking at the Kuryakyn site, but it's difficult to visualize how they will mount not to mention whether I'll order the correct hardware and all. I'm thinking about the ISO-Wing or the Dually with an offset to give me the needed adjustment for my 6'-4" bod. Does anyone know who might carry them locally at a fair price? Your help is appreciated.

Kit, check with Dean at Warner's...that's where I got my pegs, and his price is right there with everyone elses. DEFINITELY go with the off-sets, it's nice to have all that adjustment. Last summer Dean looked up the ISO-wings for me, and it looked like they would mount right up to the off-set mounts. Be carefull you don't over-tighten the mounts to the highway bars! I've pulled the threads out of 2 sets now:mad: .

Oops! Forgot to mention Dr. Mudspringers if Dean doesn't have them in stock!

Thanks Steve, I love options. Hope to see you & Hil again on the ride to Spirit Lake. Think I'll be leaving from the HQ in Medina. Not sure where everybody else is hooking up yet. Hopefully we can still get a little riding weather before the trip. That way if I can get the pegs in time, I'll have time to dial in the comfort zone.
