I was on the national site, and I saw that Byten2it had a post about Yamaha handlebar riser cap bolt covers.
The part number is 90338-08163, and I stopped by the local Hitching Post (South Saint Paul) today (on the way to the opera center) to pick up a set. They had them in stock (but I think I received the last 4 from this store), but they look great. Kind of pricey, but they fit the bolts (and the riser) on the Vic perfectly. If you haven't done anything with this yet, try them out (I think they are plastic).
