More Vision pipe questions: seeing what the best options are

I like the look of stock (the way the tips match the angle)

I would like to have a little more sound, but don't want it to be too loud.

What are pipes give the best performance? Understandably, I would need to remap, turbo, airfilter, etc...

(just kidding on the tbo)

But seriously - what pipe gives the best #'s?

My question is:

Do I have to re-map if all I want is a little more sound? I am fine with the performance and don't want to give up the excellent mileage.

I'm assuming the mufflers on the Vision are pretty much the same as most motorcycles? If so, perhaps a few punches will give you a bit more sound without needing to remap or affecting things much.

John, The Stage one slip on's are probably just what you're looking for. They add a little more "bass" and at low throttle don't wake up you neighbors but come on with more throttle. Ypu'll get a little more power too.
The mileage doesn't go down because of the fuel map (flash). The Gas mileage changes because you'll use more Throttle to hear those babies sing.:riding:

I gutted my black caps out of the chrome end caps and picked up a lot of new sound.
But did not get that ugly sound that every one hates.
