I am just elated. I just got a call from Warner's (who can now finally do my warranty work) for my bad regulator fix. Tom asked me if I wanted a new tire while he has it apart. I am in need of new one in the near future, so I thought about it. Then it hit me, why does Tom have it "apart" for a new regulator? He replied "oh, I am half way done with your new transmission, and now would be a good time to do it cause it's all apart." I then said, "what!?, I brought it in for a regulator change, and wanted you to drive it, feel the trans, and see what I have been fighting about for the last year." Tom said "I did, and spoke with the insurance company and should have your new, 03 transmission done in about 4 hours, do you want me to throw that tire on now?"
Hell, I am still in shock and disbelief! Man, I am glad everything worked out as it did. It started out here, where I found out about Warner's from you guys and gal's, and finally worked through the processes to get them to work on #434 with it's insurance company. Special thanks to Tom and Dean at Warner's. They stepped up to the plate for me and fought a battle that I thought I would have to fight alone. Although, next time you do that to me or another, think of a new delivery when you tell someone about their new transmission, (that they have spent countless hours fighting for) cause now I have to sit through the whole day with soiled trousers.
Thanks again all,
John Ritter

Congratulations John! They're the best, aren't they? BTW, you didn't mention if you got the new regulator and tire;) . Hahaha...you better head home early so you can change those soiled trousers!

Ritt - That's GREAT news! :bounce:

Dean, Lindsay, Tom, Chad - the whole group at Warners - they are the best!

If Polaris wants to showcase any of their dealers as models for Customer Service and ethical business, it should be these folks that are in the spot-light!

:gunrev: LUCK :gun:

There - now that I got that out of my system...

Considering that I am in debt up to my teeth and now jobless - not too bad! :)

You are correct - we need to get together again and ride some. Swiffer keeps trying to get me out of the house but I keep having to hang around waiting for the darned phone to ring or go to the hospital to visit Mom (almost 2 months now)...

It's a good thing I quit drinking 8 years 2 months 3 days 14 hours and 52 minutes ago... :D

How are you John??

One day at a time Randy your not alone in that struggle. You ride with more than one of us in the program.

Sids right Randy, you are not alone.
Shoot me a note off line. I heard that you are into I/S sorta things and have a pretty good background. I know a few people that work in that sort of field. If nothing else, you could have a few references when you turn a resume in to the companies that they work for. A closed mouth doesn't get fed, start pumping out resumes and tell everybody you know that you are in the job market. That is how I finally got a job out of school.
Best of luck,
John Ritter
