Harley tail trunk?

I know theres a few people on this board who've had success with a Harley tail trunk mounted on the Victory luggage rack. I need help about exactly which Harley accessory it is. Is it the "Road King® Classic Leather Tour-Pak®"?

that the one Randy has on his vic, the one I put on Lindas bike has all the chrome studs to match her bags.
