Hi everyone. Been riding my new XC for about 3 weeks now. Any of you have this bike and made any exhaust changes? Curious as to what you have and what you like / suggest. Not looking for obnoxious, but a little loud and throaty would be nice! Thanks, and safe riding!

I put on the Victory Stage 1 pipe system with hi-flow air filter and system remapping (done at Motoprimo, $49.50). I bought the system on Ebay. I have noticed an increase in power and it is somewhat louder than stock....not obnoxious . It's nice to be able to hear that nice stereo :action35: that I/we paid for. The D&D pipes will be louder yet and the RPW's have a really nasty snarl :Horror:. Joe Gopher has the D&D pipes on his, I believe and has a set of Victory Stage 1 pipes for sale (he may have sold them :BeatsMe:). You are welcome to listen to mine anytime.

I look forward to riding :biker83: with another CC this summer.

Dan is right - I started with the Victory Stage I pipes and from a performance perspective, they really added a nice boost, but didn't have the sound I was looking for.

I had a TC that had D&D pipes on that I absolutely loved. When D&D came out with the XC/XR pipes I picked up a set. I really like the way they sound. Nice rumble, great sound on decel, and a little bark when you open it up.

I have the free flowing filter, cams, and a fuel box on mine, but that shouldn't change sound, just performance.

I do have a set of Vic Stage I's for sale if interested. You would need to buy the download card from a deal and have them map the bike for the pipes. PM me if you're interested.

Thanks for the responses guys. Joe I'll keep your stage 1 pipes in mind as I'd like to hear them first.

Looking forward to riding with fellow Victory riders!

Update:
Just ordered some RPWs online, and when they come in, I'll install them myself. Look forward to having a more noticeable exhaust note. Speaker upgrade happening simultaneously so as to not lose ability to hear my iPod!
