What do you have going on with the 2 speedos? They look like the Vic Digitals by Dakota. Or are they bar-mounted speakers?

And which bags are those? I'm very interested in those bags.

Second guess is right, they are speakers.
The Bags are a generic bag off Ebay, was looking for something that fit the fender well.
I bought a universal quick detatch mount setup but didn't like it. With the quick mount they stick out to far and kinda look more like sidecars so I made my own mounts and dropped them lower and back. I have them so close now that my right axel nut hits the bag so I have a little more modding to do yet.
