Today was a great day.

Earlier this afternoon as I was left the Maple Grove REI store on the way to my truck I entered the crosswalk. I cautiously looked both ways and noticed a black SUV driving through the crosswalk. This vehicle had no intention of yielding to us pedestrians. As the vehicle passed with the BoomBoom music blaring the occupants gave me the tough guy look which I of course returned.
These punks had just irritated me. When I got in my truck I kept my eye on them. It just seemed like a good time to do some profiling.

I watched as they parked thier vehicle. They just sat in the vehicle for a few minutes so I just sat in the truck and kept profiling. Eventually the driver door began to open and then suddenly the SUV lurched forward and smacked into the parked in front of them. It was a big hit. The driver quickly shut the door and put it in reverse and began to leave the scene. Just as quickly the big V8 in my truck fired up and the wheels started spinning. I wasn't able to block the punks but I got behind them and made damn sure that thier mirrors were full of Chevy truck. I also called 911. They tried to lose me in the parking lots. And on Elm Creek Drive. And on Hwy 169. And on 694. I just kept thier mirrors full and kept relaying my position to the 911 operator. As I chased them onto 494 a couple of squad cars with lights flashing caught up to us and pulled the punks over.

The next 10 minutes were quite enjoyable as I watched the cops pull the little rapper wannabees out of the car, frisk them, handcuff them and put them in the back of the squad cars.

When the cop came to get my info he told me that they had found some dope in the car. It also had Nevada plates. Hit and run, dope and a possible stolen vehicle. Looks like the punks might be doing some time.

Today was a great day.

Love it, way cool.

Reminds me of my 911 call. Heidi and I were driving home coming up 169 through St. Peter. She was driving. I noticed the car next to us had to people in the back seat blindfolded and hands behind their backs. The passenger in the front kept turning around and talking to them.

This was right after 911 and the country was on edge. They headed out of town and we followed not being able to read the plates so I called 911. The operator stayed with us while we drove 80 mph following them. The operator had to transfer us to another operator as we left her area. Then my battery went dead. Plugged in and called 911 again.

Finally had a squad pull out of the in front of us and behind the other car just above the hill leading down to Belle Plaine. We slowed down and drove by them pulled over outside of Belle Plaine.

I called the sheriff the next day to be told it was collage kids in some initiation stunt.

Today is 911.
