Luggage rack

In case anyone is interested. Over the long weekend I have installed my new luggage rack on my 02, TC Deluxe. The rack has been back ordered since Jan 2002. I picked it up from Warners before Christmas. The installation would have been very easy if my bike didn't have a backrest. It seems that the prototype design of the TC seat had the backrest mounted to the seat rather than the production backrest mounted to the frame. The luggage rack frame was not intended to receive the backrest mount rail. It was very difficult to install but I was able to and it really looks good.

Glad to hear you were able to get it mounted. There's been some discussion regarding this same thing on the VMC board. I thought it was kind of odd that a Victory product would be so troublesome to mount to a Victory motorcycle:confused: . Oh well, growing pains eh?
