We're starting to get quite a few members! It would be cool if there was a way we could get all the members together for a putt this summer...I think the line would be pretty impressive:D . Incase some of the new folks don't know, Dan Lane(v92sc_065?) had a bunch of TCVR pins made up last year and I'm sure he still has some left. Two different styles to choose from and they look real nice on a vest. Dan, if you read this maybe you could post more info?? Welcome to all the new members, and Hilary and me can't wait to meet you all!

Those pins are great! Really nice job Dan!

We should also think about what Chris posted about shirts and stuff, and throw out some more ideas!

Took the dlx out on New Years day. It was quite cold (27) but it felt good to get my butt back in the saddle. The roads were clear. Maybe if the snow dearth keeps up there won't be much sand to negotiate this spring.....aah spring...come quickly...

Hey Steve

It might be fun if we could all get together over the winter.. That would give us all a chance to meet the members before our first big ride?

Let me know if anyone is interested and i could head up a meeting place date and time?

I would up for meeting... as long as it's on a Sunday after football season ;)

Took my bike out this morning and put a few miles on it... brrr a little cold but well worth it. Man I love my Vic!:D

3 layers of Clothing... $50
1 gallon of gas... $1.45
The looks you get when it's 15 degrees outside and you're riding your Victory... priceless.

Sounds like a GREAT idea and I am up to taking Magnum up on his offer to set up a place. Are dogs allowed there, Blaze is looking for a bar HE can drink at instead of having to guard the bikes.

:gunrev: any ideas on when?there is a bar in the clubhouse called the Ascot that's open on fri.,sat.,sun.,that's probably gonna do,but for a more organized get together (catered food and drink,i'll check into the cost per person on that),that would be in the Presidential suite on clubhouse level. there are two more bars open every day in Canterbury besides these but one is smaller, and the Paddock bar would do..i am still open to any other ideas on where to go and if anyone wants to help get this organized feel free to pitch in...horses only please,no dogs allowed:gun:

I am willing to help set this get- together up it might be nice if we decide on a day of the week then pick a couple of dates and see which date get the best response(hopefully everyone) at that time we can see what kind of space and what activities would apeal to all

Let me know either through this link or private message me the day of the week that works best

Thanks

Lil you can set up a thread on voting for the place, time and date. BUT we might want to wait till after the cycle show to set this up.

Does this have a seperate room off from it? I could set up a room at a Davannii's in a seperate room that we could close off the noise so we could talk if others would be interested in that. Again as Lil said this needs to have a DATE.
