Sid, funny you should mention that:) . Mrhawk, Thumper and my self are going for a short putt today...anybody's welcome to come if they'd like. I didn't post it because I figured most were done for the year. I was going to meet up with Jim at his place in Crystal around 10-10:30 then we were heading to Randy's in Mpls. From there just going to cruise up to Taylors Falls via 95 and cross over and ride Wisconsin 35 down to Hudson or so. Hopefully it warms up soon, I'm shivering just thinking about the temp around 9:30 when I'll be leaving here!

I'll check here before I leave, if you'd like we could hook-up at Crystal Marine or the "Hawks Nest".

I had a darned good time myself!

I can see now that it is gonna take a heckuvalot more than a chip to keep up with you guys when you drop the hammers! :bounce:

Sid - the sound of that machine of yours is just awesome. Sounds like a two-wheeled Hemi-Cuda! :D Lee's right - there's no replacement for displacement! :)

Lee - If we can get some specifics about the inputs required to run the Dakota Digital guages, I can take a look at the schematics and maybe be able to figure out what it will take to make them work on your Vic.

Hawk - Your scooter sounds pretty tough with those drags buddy!

Swiffer - Ol Black Beauty is one hot Scooter. Those Pistons and cams made one heckuva difference.. Our roll-ons were good for about 30 feet and you toasted me! :)

The only part of me that got cold was my hands. The Welder's gloves were not the complete answer. I am going to hunt down another pair for the ride on Christmas eve!

Thanks for having me along fellas!

I had a really good time also guys. I was pretty tired by the time I got home though. That cool weather really takes it out of you. I ended up with about 225 miles for the day. Glad everybody made it back safe...especially after Jim did his houdini impression (LOL).
