I wonder how they managed to increast the rake angle on the bike, since the steering neck is part of the top frame/intake aluminum casting?

good question Mike. You can't tell from these angles. I'll ask the guy in the pictures.

Rob I already tried asking the guy in the picture and it doesn't work. He just stares at me and doesn't say anything. Hope you have better luck!

Steve, maybe if you call him by name he will answer. His name is Elvis, that's the name Rainmaker said it was, really!!! :)

I now know who did the custom work at Arlen Ness in California. So I'm going to get the details. I was told there's 90 hours of work into it.

That Vision is SWEET! Looks like a low rider. Smooth lines, custom look on a full body ride. Wow, I am impressed!

I will post my pics of the two Ness custom Visions when I get them downloaded (hopefully tonight).

At the Victory Party on Wednesday, Arlen talked about how he made the Vic engineers nervous by cutting the frame. My guess is he chopped and extended the cast aluminum piece to rake the front end. He also put a 23" front tire on it and had to chop the bottom of the headlight to make it work. Well, he apparently didn't chop the light enough since he had a big old scratch and ding in the front fender...

He also talked about how The Hamsters really loved the bike as he met them along the way from California. Yes, Arlen and Cory (and their wives) rode the bikes from Cali to Sturgis.

I personally liked the Black Chrome that Cory put on his. Cory's son Zach was there as well and was riding a fairly pimped-out Kingpin.

The bike with the black pipes are from Cory's bike. The pictures with the etching are Arlen's and the blue KP is Zach's bike.
