WOW Steve, does that mean we might be seeing more of you this next season??? That is the first for the TCVR. What is the rest of the story about the rig?

We've toyed with the idea ever since we saw Motorvation down at one of the Spirit Lake rides, but put it on hold when I got hurt. Then, the past couple years we've been pretty dissapointed with the amount of riding we've been able to do either because of lack of funds, or no sitter for Michael. Well this solves the sitter problem, in fact he's super pumped about getting out and riding in that thing! I rode in it for a short time yesterday morning so Gary from Motorvation could give me a few tips before I tried it myself...what a rush! I may teach Hil how to drive the bike so I can hang in the sidecar! Yep, this means you should be seeing alot more of us from now on...is that good or bad(LOL)? I've got alot of "retraining" to do when it gets warmer so I can learn to steer all over again, but supposedly it comes pretty fast...we'll see.

We picked Motorvation mainly because they were close at first, but after we went down and met/talked to them there was no doubt this is where we would buy from. It reminds me alot of going into Warners as you just get that "comfortable" feeling when you walk in the door and start talking to the employees...and the owner Mary is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's worth the trip there just to take a look at some of their work. We just went with Black gel-coat, but they have a paint shop in house and do some fantastic work. There was a Spyder car there painted up to match an Indian that's just incredible. Meant to get pics but forgot unfortunately.

Sorry for the long post, but we're pretty excited about getting out more now and being able to see you folks more often. Just need to come up with a nickname for Michael now, and pick him up some leather!

i had a car on a bmw years ago when my kids where young....had lots of fun on it, and put a lot of miles on it.....give yourself a week or so driving it around alone....you'll pick it up quick.....my problrm at first was not going wide enough on right hand turns and bouncing over the curbs....does your car have a brake setup....i've looked at the motavation cars at the avr the last 2 years...nice rigs....been thinking of another one my self...grandkids you know.....only 3 and 1 years old so have a little time yet......will be looking forward to seeing your new setup this spring....have fun

I didn't get a brake set up, but had them retrofit the frame so I could add it later if I think I need it. The brakes on the Vics are good enough where I probably won't need it, but it would be nice for getting rid of that push to the left when braking.

Did you run any weight in your BMW rig at first 'till you got used to right handers?

I don't know Rick...it's so fuggin' cold out I can't even think about taking it out yet this winter. Really would like to get out though...hopefully we'll still get a warm up sometime soon!

John, maybe I'll have to sell tickets! It is a BLAST to ride in!
