Does anyone know a dealer that sells parts at a good price?
Right now it's time for my 650mi oil change .

I would say that most of the members here use Warner's or Mies. Since you did not fill out your profile I have no idea where you live. Can you go to your "user cp" (check upper right of the window here) and fill in a first name, city and bike for minimum info about who you are.

Hope your are enjoying your new ride and looking forward to meeting you.

I have not bought that way but I am sure others here might know of places that do that. What kind of items are you looking to buy?

Right now I need to do my first oil change . I would like to get a backrest for the passenger. I bought this bike from a local car dealer. He won it in some kind of promotion. It's new but the one year promotional warranty has expired . I'd like to know if I need a part the right place to get it .
Thanks Curtis

I see that you're in Little Rock, AR. Our local dealers (we're in the Twin Cities are of Minnesota) probably won't be much help to you. By the way, you are certainly welcome to be active in this group even if you aren't actually "local."

In regards to dealers, go to the upper right hand corner of this screen, called "dealers" and look up Arkansas. You might find a recommended dealer (everything is based off of individual Victory owner experiences, not all may be accurate or represent the current phase of operations).

I'd also check out http://www.go-polaris.com, which has an index of all dealers across the country.

Owning a Victory is a fine experience, and we've all faced some problem or another owning a relatively new motorcycle. But now that I think about it, EVERY motorcycle I've owned has developed some kind of problem or another. The difference with Victory, if you can find it, is the dealer service many of the dealers offer.

FYI...oil changes are a breeze on the Vic if you have the right tools (the earlier Vics required a huge metric allen wrench for the drain bolt; and the right size filter wrench is important) and 6 quarts of oil. Any Vic dealer can get you the OEM filter and copper washer (should your Vic need that) as well as Vic oil, if you use that.

Hope this helps.

Chris
