I went to Polaris Corp at lunch yesterday and had a friend flash my ECM with the Stage I then I put the pipes on last night.

Now I am getting some back fireing on decel situations like when I rev in second gear and let off with gear still ingaged so the revs are coming down fast.

My concern is that I did have an occasional back fire before I put the pipes on, so maybe I should have had my TPS reset prior to installing the Stage I mapping. If my memory serves me right, I don't think they can set the TPS with these pipes on becasue they have no way of hooking the exhaust sensor up to them.

Now I think my only option is to put stock pipes on, with Stage I slip-ons so they can do it the standard way, or install a Power Commander III and adjust it myself.

The only thing I really liked about the old C's with the chip is it was very easy to adjust you TPS, but the down side was that with the Performance chip from Victory it seemed like you needed too! Never could get it just right with that chip.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments? Let'em fly guys...and gals!

Don't know if this will interest you, but Lloyd, considered by many to be THE tuner of Vic's, is going to be in SL this weekend. I think he charges $100 for a dyno-tune and can install the PC, or his own box, if your bike requires. I am having OLDYLR done on Saturday.

He takes appointments while he's there. If you want, I have his cell number.

Definatly would like his cell number. I think that is the only way to get her running good.

I am probably going to skip the Hammer this year and wait for a Jackpot next year, so I think I will dump some money into this bike!
