I was looking for some hard to find bolts for #434. Somebody posted the company McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/) for hard to find parts and such. I didn't find what I needed and they had a spot to ask a question. I did so thinking it would take some time to get an e-mailed computer generated response.
I almost shoot my pants when I got an actual phone call from Jay (one of their people) hte next day that knew exactly what I wanted. We chatted and he made sure of what I wanted. He took down my info and said you'll have them tomorrow or Saturday.
