Somerset

Well, Jim, Amy, Hil and I ran over to Somerset to check out the concert yesterday. Kind of took the long way to get there, so didn't arrive 'till around 7 or so. Listened for a while to Corey Stevens and left...wanted to be riding instead. Stopped in Stillwater for eats and ended up staying a couple hours watching the cops bust people coming back into Minnesota. Unreal, drug sniffing dogs, the works. It kind of pi$$ed me off that all these "older" folks were sitting on the deck at the Lumber Baron getting plowed and cheering on the cops...then they hop in their cars and drive home drunk. A couple bikes got waved in for loud pipes(not very loud either), while small groups of HD's were coming through making a hell of a racket without so much as a glance from the police. Quite a hypocritical world we live in I guess. Oh well, we had a GREAT ride, some good tunes and eats...what else is there? OH, I guess the four of us must have looked loaded...some people in the bar area were overheard saying "they must've gotten their bikes impounded, that's why they're here". Hahaha...I like the fact that we make folks a bit nervous sometimes:D
